Kinesiology taping
Using different degrees of tension, Kinesiology Taping can have different purposes. It can relax or activate muscles and help with re-aligning joints to correct posture or reduce any oedema.

Here are other benefits of Kinesiolkogy Taping:

  • Provides support for weak or injured muscles
  • Activates muscles that have been weakened after injury or surgery
  • Stabilises the area without restricting movement
  • Relaxes and can offload overused and overstrained muscles
  • Assists the re-education of the neuromuscular system
  • Increases vascular and lymphatic flow
  • Reduces pain through neurological suppression
  • Corrects possible joint misalignment
  • Increases proprioception

Kinesiology Taping can be part of a massage treatment. Once you have had your initial appointment, it will be possible to have a 30 minute session for Kinesiology Taping only.
