of serious problems.

least an increase in weight which means additional work for
your feet.
Wear shoes
that are comfortable and secure that fit well with low and broad
based heels and try to put your feet up for at least ten minutes
a day.

Babies
and young children have very pliable feet, which can easily be
distorted
by tight fitting socks, shoes and baby-grows. Allow children to
go barefoot when appropiate it helps to develop strong healthy
feet.
Have your children's feet inspected regularly especially when
purchasing new footwear.
