Though my focus is now clinical nutrition, 25 yrs ago I began working as Art Psychotherapist in a crisis unit in Los Angeles.  It was there that I clearly saw how diet made a difference to a person’s perspectives, their choices and behaviours.  At that time I also competed as a triathlete and experienced how diet effected my own performance. Then, following a major accident that changed my life, my focus moved toward therapeutic nutrition.  I went on to gain qualification with pioneers in clinical and naturopathic nutrition (Barbara Wren, Dr Lawrence Plaskett, Patrick Holford, Dr Jeffrey Bland), Chinese food medicine (Montse Bradford, Daverick Leggett), and  professional training in Applied Kinesiology, Iridology, and Neuro Linguistics.  My learning continues to this day.
 
Along the way, I’ve enjoyed teaching the nutritional and holistic aspects of immune disease, fertility, detoxification, depression, digestive and hormone problems to individuals and businesses. The media has quoted and featured my work, including Discovery Health Channel, The Times Sunday Supplement, The Guardian, Men’s Health Magazine, The Evening Standard, Viva, Natural Health Magazine, Holland & Barratt Magazine, among many.
