David Galea

David Galea MSc, MCSP, SRP. David graduated in 2000 from the Institute of Health Care, University of Malta. He has worked in the public and private sector specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions. However, the desire to further his knowledge and experience led him to the UK where he completed on a full-time basis his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy at University College London (UCL). Since post-graduate qualification he has worked in various hospitals in and around London where he has gained an extensive clinical experience in the field of neuromusculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. He has special interest in the diagnosis and management of lumbo-pelvic-hip dysfunction and shoulder and ankle pain and has developed a firm believe in adopting a holistic approach when managing an injury. David has trained in the use of acupuncture which when indicated he uses as an effective complement to his broad range of manual therapy skills.
